Studio B is the newest space at Big and Tall Recording which was opened in 2024 due to a higher demand for session and mixing work. It is a small but mighty space with an amazing listening environment and incredibly cozy and warm vibes.

Studio B features a more streamlined recording setup that allows for vocal and instrument tracking and electronic based production. It also serves as our primary mixing room with the wonderful PMC Result 6’s at the center of it all. Whether it’s mixing, beatmaking, vocal tracking, overdubbing, reamping, or tracking on our vibey old upright piano Studio B gives you the ultimate vibe and sound to make your record great!

We take pride in our listening environment in Studio B. It is where all of our records get the finishing touches. Perfect for mixing and mastering! The computer is maxed out for processing power and has more plugins then can be quantified! PS…

We have listed the everyday permanent fixtures in Studio B below…however it is important to mention that if you book Studio B you are more than welcome to take any pieces of gear stored in Studio A for use!

While there is no drum set or PA permanently in B, we do welcome and encourage all artists looking to rehearse and write songs in the space. It is quiet, vibey, and the perfect late night hang.
